Q: How far is the airport from the Kentucky Exposition Center and what type of transportation is available?
A: The Louisville International Airport is located across from KEC (approximately 1 mile). Taxis are available at the airport. Louisville also has Lyft and Uber services available.
Q: How far from KEC is an interstate highway?
A: The Kentucky Exposition Center is located at the junction of Interstate 65 and Interstate 264, making it easily accessible for drivers coming from any direction.
Q: What is the seating capacity for conventions, concerts or assemblies?
A: Depending on the setup, Freedom Hall and Broadbent Arena can hold between 6,600 and 19,169.
Q: Is catering available?
A: Yes, catering is available. Contact Levy Restaurants for your food and beverage needs by calling (502) 614-6705.

Q: What is your animal policy?
A: Service animals are allowed. Pets are required to be on a leash.
Q: Can I tour the facility before I plan my event?
A: Absolutely! Please contact us to schedule a visit.
Q: How many meeting rooms does the Kentucky Exposition Center have?
A: The Kentucky Exposition Center has 54 flexible meeting rooms ranging in size from 590 square feet to a maximum of 25,000 square feet.
Q: Where can I find parking for those with disabilities?
A: Handicap parking is available throughout our facility parking lots. Additional handicap spaces are added for certain events.
Q: Where do I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry. We recommend purchasing tickets directly via our Ticket Office or Ticketmaster.com only. Tickets purchased directly from the Ticket Office do not have additional Ticketmaster convenience fees but may have a facility fee.
Q: What are the Box Office hours?
A: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Q: What is the Administrative Office address and hours?
A: The address is 937 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY 40209. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Q: Where can I locate lost and found items?
A: Dropped off items will be available in the Security Office, located between Freedom Hall and North Wing Lobby. Visit the Lost and Found page to locate your item.
Q: How can I receive updates and reminders about upcoming events?
A: You can join the free Kentucky Future Events Club and receive E-mail notifications for select upcoming ticketed events at Freedom Hall, Broadbent Arena and Cardinal Stadium which may include concerts, special events, family and specialty shows.
Q: What is your smoking policy?
A: Smoking is prohibited indoors. However, smoking may be permitted outdoors at select locations. Re-entry is not permitted.
Q: If I leave a ticketed event, can I re-enter?
A: Re-entry requires another admission ticket. If a person leaves the property or ticketed space, they will be required to pay appropriate entry costs again.
